Result Review

Upload a spectrum data file along with a report containing search results. The system will review and verify the reliability of the results, provide a confidence assessment, and analyze the characteristic peaks.

Submission rule

  1. Upload the sample spectrum file — must be a directly readable spectral data format.
  2. Provide the reported matches as text, or upload an existing report file that contains them.
  3. FTIR.fun extracts the reported Top-1 match and runs the sample through the same ordinary library search workflow.
  4. The result page checks whether the reported match stays consistent with FTIR.fun's Top-1 library result and cited peak evidence.
Supported formats: SPC, SPA, OPUS, OPJU, CSV, TXT, JCAMP-DX, Excel, JSON, and other directly readable spectrum files. Image files are not accepted.
Paste one or more reported candidates and, if available, similarity values or CAS numbers.
Optional. Supported formats: PDF, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, TXT, CSV, and common image formats.
Optional. Same preprocessing workflow and credit rule as ordinary search.
