Thermo Scientific / Nicolet
OMNIC/Nicolet single spectra, grouped/series data and validated map/PCIR layouts.
FTIR.fun currently supports 36 input-format families. Vendor names below help you find the relevant formats; uploaded files are also checked to confirm that they contain readable spectrum data.
OMNIC/Nicolet single spectra, grouped/series data and validated map/PCIR layouts.
OPUS files and numeric-extension OPUS candidates; content validation is required.
Legacy/PEPE SP spectra and validated Spotlight FSM imaging cubes.
Validated MicroLab A2R, Agilent ASCII ASP and BSP-family containers.
Validated IRsolution SMF plus the configured ISPD reader path.
JWS/SPECMAN-family spectrum files validated by the current reader.
Galactic SPC spectral data.
Validated Mattson ABS and IRF layouts.
SPE is accepted only when strict content validation identifies the supported Calcmet FTIR structure.
Validated FTIR hyperspectral MAT structure; unrelated or Raman MAT files are rejected.
Origin project columns when a usable spectral x/y pair is present.
Portable JCAMP-DX representations.
General numerical tables and spreadsheets with a validated spectral x/y structure.
Some scientific file types are used for infrared, Raman and other measurement modes. FTIR.fun checks the file contents and will report files that do not contain a usable FTIR spectrum.
Files containing multiple spectra are not silently reduced to the first curve. Choose the spectrum you need for single export, or use batch conversion when you want to retain multiple valid spectra.
Converted results retain the spectrum data and available metadata that can be read from the source file. If some vendor-specific information cannot be converted, the result will show a warning.
Use Nonstandard Format Help instead of renaming the file, so the original instrument data stays intact.
Nonstandard format helpThe batch converter processes mixed supported inputs in one job and provides a clear summary of files that could not be converted.
