Where tax-inclusive pricing is supported, taxes are included in the displayed price; where required by law, taxes may be added.

One paid account may be shared by multiple authorized users.

During the subscription period, every automated service is unlimited and consumes no credits — this includes spectral search, Find Spectrum, AI interpretation, and all institution services such as result review, raw material consistency, and formulation analysis. Only manual services are excluded; they are billed separately. All services are subject to published rate limits. Suitable for laboratories, research groups, and institutions with daily FTIR analysis needs.

Subscriptions renew automatically on the billing date. To cancel before the next renewal, log in to the PayPro customer portal using the email address you used when purchasing — or submit the Cancel my subscription form. Cancellation stops future renewals and keeps access through the end of the current period.

Manual Services

Human-reviewed FTIR analysis services beyond automated workflows. The Manually Analyzed Formal Report has a fixed starting price; all other manual services are priced after consultation based on your specific requirements. Payment is via PayPal Business invoice for international clients, or bank transfer with VAT invoice for mainland China institutional clients.
