Infrared Spectrum Curve Extraction
Extract a usable FTIR curve from an image, verify the traced result visually, then export CSV for search and interpretation.
Quick Tips:
Preferably use a clear, non-distorted spectral image (800 px wide) without grid lines or peak labels.
After processing, preview the extracted curve, verify major peaks with the mouse, then download the CSV file.
Three extraction methods are available: automatic, color-based, and manual point-by-point tracing.
After successful extraction, upload a CSV for searching; otherwise, upload an image directly, which may take several hours to process.
