For QC & Manufacturing

Check every lot against your approved reference — automatically

If your lab still eyeballs incoming-material and finished-product IR spectra one at a time, throughput is capped by whoever can read a spectrum. We screen them in batches against your approved references, flag the ones that do not match, and produce a report a technician can act on without being a spectroscopist.

Send us a set of historical spectra with their known verdicts. We run the batch and report the hit rate back to you.

Throughput, not headcount

Screen a full tray of lots in one pass instead of one spectrum at a time.

No spectroscopist required

A technician reads pass or fail — the reasoning is on the report if anyone asks.

Audit trail by default

Every verdict is logged with its evidence — useful when you are the one being audited.

What the QC workflow covers

Incoming-material consistency

Compare each incoming lot against the approved reference for that material and flag drift, substitution or adulteration before it reaches the line.

Batch analysis pipeline

Run a whole set of spectra through the same checks unattended, with a single summary of what passed and what needs a second look.

Your spec, your thresholds

Pass/fail thresholds and the spec table are configured to your materials — no rewrite, just calibrated to what you already approve.

LIMS / process integration

A REST API and MCP interface let results flow into your existing LIMS or workflow instead of living in a separate tool.

Offline hardware terminal

For plants that cannot put instrument PCs on the internet, a plug-and-play terminal tunnels only to FTIR.fun and blocks everything else at the hardware level.

Compliance audit trail

Every result is retained with its evidence for pharma, food and other regulated settings — the record is there when a validation or audit needs it.

How we engage

  1. Send a batch of historical spectra with their known verdicts. We run them and report back the hit rate on your own data.
  2. An enterprise annual license includes batch volume and onboarding — we calibrate thresholds to your materials and set up your approved-reference library. Overflow runs on credits.
  3. Deeper LIMS integration or a dedicated offline terminal is scoped and priced separately. Both are available.
  4. For regulated industries we provide validation-style documentation to support your IQ/OQ/PQ process.

Priced against what it replaces — a batch that used to need a spectroscopist's day, or a recall that a caught lot prevents. Domestic bank transfer with VAT invoice available.

Try it on your own lots

Send us a batch of spectra you have already judged. We run them and show you how well the automatic screen agrees with your lab — before you commit to anything.
