How is FTIR.fun different from conventional IR spectral libraries and software?
We support mainstream instrument data formats from multiple vendors, making it easy for labs with mixed-brand equipment to share a single service and reduce cost. Our reference library is continuously updated through in-house measurement, user contributions, and public data curation, providing broader coverage of novel substances and emerging materials. Our pricing is significantly lower than traditional commercial libraries. With a proprietary knowledge graph, AI-powered peak assignment, and original search algorithms, we deliver an experience that goes far beyond conventional search software.
Do you provide invoices and ensure tax compliance?
Yes, we provide official corporate VAT invoices (fapiao) and fully support standard corporate procurement and tax compliance workflows. Contracts and NDAs can be signed prior to engagement.
What are the accepted payment methods?
We support corporate bank transfers, Alipay, WeChat Pay, and flexible billing models including lifetime buyout, annual/monthly subscriptions, and volume-based prepaid packages.
Is there dedicated customer support?
Absolutely. Enterprise and institutional customers receive priority technical support via email, phone, and dedicated IM channels (WeChat/DingTalk) for rapid troubleshooting, workflow configuration, and spectrum interpretation assistance.
Are our samples and data kept confidential?
Yes. We enforce ISO/IEC 17025-aligned confidentiality. Except for raw material consistency monitoring where sample spectra need to be retained as enterprise-specific historical database, all other data is permanently deleted immediately after report delivery and never retained.
Can we try before committing? (POC)

Do you support API integration with existing systems (LIMS / ELN)?
Yes. We provide full REST API access and MCP (Model Context Protocol) integration, enabling seamless connection with LIMS, ELN, and other laboratory informatics systems. Is on-premise / private deployment supported?
We primarily operate as a cloud service to ensure the spectral library and algorithms receive timely updates. The service is accessible via web or API on any internet-connected computer. For devices that must remain isolated from external networks, an optional hardware terminal is available — it is strictly locked down at the system level to connect only to the FTIR.fun server during use, with no other network transmission permitted, satisfying standard network isolation requirements. FTIR IoT Gateway
A plug-and-play hardware terminal designed for instrument computers that are not permitted to connect to the public internet. It auto-connects via its built-in IoT SIM and transmits only FTIR.fun data — all other network traffic is blocked at the system level, ensuring your instrument PC remains fully isolated.
The FTIR Gateway creates an isolated network that exclusively connects to FTIR.fun. Your instrument PC connects via WiFi or Ethernet cable — no lab network configuration required. The built-in IoT SIM handles all internet access independently. Only FTIR.fun data passes through; all other websites, cloud services, and external communication are blocked.
