Result Review

Upload a spectrum data file along with a report containing search results (with similarity scores), or directly paste the search results. The system will review and verify the reliability of the results, provide a confidence assessment, and analyze the characteristic peaks.

Submission rule

  1. Upload the sample spectrum file — must be a directly readable spectral data format.
  2. Provide the reported matches as text, or upload an existing report file that contains them.
  3. FTIR.fun extracts the reported Top-1 match and runs the sample through the same ordinary library search workflow.
  4. The result page checks whether the reported match stays consistent with FTIR.fun's Top-1 library result and cited peak evidence.
Supported sample formats: SPC, SPA, OPUS, CSV, TXT, JCAMP-DX, Excel, JSON, and other directly readable spectrum files. Image files are not accepted for result review.
Paste one or more reported candidates and, if available, similarity values or CAS numbers.
Optional when the text box above already contains the reported matches. Supported report formats: PDF, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, TXT, CSV, and common image formats. FTIR.fun reads them directly or falls back to OCR when needed.
