Marked peaks will appear here after Peak Marking.
Enter a keyword above to search for reference spectra. Click a result to overlay it on the chart.

Leave now Open My Results to follow progress. After completion, open this result and select Full Report.
Library matches will appear here after Search completes the ranking stage.
Sample information
These details help identify the report. You can confirm without entering anything.
Non-standard file format detected
The file you selected () is not a directly readable format.
Non-standard format extraction typically takes about 12 hours.
Directly supported formats:
If you have a file in one of the supported formats above, please go back and re-upload. Otherwise click Continue to submit the non-standard file for extraction.
Open Saved Result
Completed results can be opened. Running results are shown for progress tracking but cannot be selected yet.
Save As
Export the current displayed curve as a CSV file or an image.
Workstation Help
This workstation is for opening one sample, previewing preprocessing, launching library search and AI analysis, and reviewing saved results.
Toolbar
- New: clear the current workstation back to a blank state. After that, Open will load the next sample as the main curve.
- Open: if the workstation is blank, load the selected spectrum as the main sample; if a sample is already present, add the selected spectrum as a comparison reference overlay.
- Open Result: load a completed task from your personal history.
- After a sample is loaded, its number, name, prior knowledge, and discussion visibility appear directly below the toolbar.
- Image Extract and Find Spectra open the existing dedicated tools.
- Save As: export the currently displayed curve as CSV or PNG.
- Reset: reset chart zoom and clear visible peak marks.
- Show Raw: show or hide the original imported curve.
- A / %T: switch the display between absorbance and transmittance.
- Layered: vertically stagger library reference spectra that were added from the search results list.
- Auto Base / Smooth: preview baseline correction and smoothing on the current sample.
- Mark Peaks / Manual Peaks: mark peaks automatically or add/remove peak labels manually on the processed curve.
- Search: submit the current sample to the background search and AI analysis pipeline.
- Analysis: open the full report after the task is completed.
Chart Operations
- Scroll the mouse wheel to zoom.
- Drag with the left mouse button to draw a zoom box.
- Hold Shift and drag with the left mouse button to pan.
- When Layered is enabled, click a library reference in Results, then drag vertically on the chart to fine-tune that reference trace.
Task Behavior
- Library search and AI analysis run as background tasks. After completion, the result is still written to your history and the completion email is still sent.
- If you open another file, load another saved result, or start a new search, the current page stops following the old task so the old result cannot overwrite the new sample.
- Background tasks are serialized by the server when they enter the heavy library-search stage, so later tasks wait in queue instead of being merged into the current sample.
Comparing Different Samples
- If a main sample is already loaded, using Open again adds the next sample as a comparison reference overlay instead of replacing the current main curve.
- If you want to start over with a new main sample, click New first, then Open.
- Opening another workstation browser tab or window is still useful when you want two fully independent workspaces side by side.
AI analysis option
Library matches appear first. You may review them immediately, keep waiting for the full report, or leave and follow AI progress from My Results.
